Question copper tarantula???

hi all, I went to a pet shop yesterday and they had a small "copper tarantula" and i've looked around and i can't find anything on them so i just wanted some info on them 'cause he/she was really sweet

Sounds like it.

Im just getting my info from searching online.

They only grow to 4in but everyone who has had them seems to prefer them to G.rosea.

copper tarantula could be a number of things, P. scrofa like Bobby said or even a G. rosea RCF (red form chile rose)

That's why it's better to use the scientific name, but shops often don't.

I've even seen G. rosea RCF described as Fire Tarantula!

My G.rosea is the RCF and she rocks, you should all have one by now

More likely to be A. pissii or A. frankii although technically these are not tarantula. Definitely metallic though

mines is nasty too, puts her legs in the air and trys to look tough sometimes when I open the lid

She was my first T my second was my GBB sling

OK Thanks everyone but i think i'm gonna go with my original choice... CURLY HAIR!!!-which i'm gonna call ravioli :P- just incase it doesn't actually turn out to be the P.scrofa.
