Default Sow Bugs/ Woodlice

It seems its that time of year again when, no matter how hard you look, you cant find these things aaaaaaaaaaanywhere! Recently i've noticed a build up of mold in my tank around the plant and lumps of wood i have (obviously because it is too moist) so ive left the top off trying to reduce the humidity slightly whilst keeping it in the limits that my scorp will be comfortable BUT ive also heard these bugs do wonders for eating all the stuff you dont want in the tank such as mold, debris, scorp poo etc lol Does anyone have any advice on where to get them (dont say outside, i've tried lol) or whether theyre harmful to the scorp in any way? Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks

Ive only read it the once on here, someone was saying they were fantastic at it. Ive read up about them and they generally are good at it (although most sites were pest sites) but unless they're harmfull to scorps im guessing they could be nothing but good for a tank right? unless they turn it into one big compost heap which could be a bad thing....

Ive tried looking everywhere i can think of outside, under bricks, lumps of wood etc and no luck, guess its just because its winter really. Bit of a shame though, id love to see how efficient they really are.
