Default Pre-molt question.

Hi,
Tried to look for the answer for this before posting but can not seem to find what im looking for.

I have two small juvi - B.smithi + B.klassi both have been in pre-molt for months

How long can a pre-molt last for ???

Just that dude, months.

It's all a waiting game.

Continue to give them water etc and chill

There's someone on here (Jagos??), one of her T's didn't moult for over a year. Not sure how long exactly it was in pre-moult, assuming quite a while!

My b.smithi was in pre-mould for 2 months, once. They like to keep you waiting and then one day you come home and you've missed the whole thing...

Even if 4 months was too long, theres not much you could do about it. You can't force the lil dude to pop!

In my experience all of our brachys seem the most reluctant to shed (perhaps not reluctant but more picky). Just in their nature.
