Default Curley wing flies

Was going to put this in the feeder section but think I would get more replies here. Im thinking of buying some for the jacksons chameleon but what sort of size are they? Are the same size as blue bottles?

A quick check on the interweb would have told you exactly the same thing what i found out, that they are a mutated version of the house fly (which are smaller than blue bottles) >>>> culturing curly winged flies

Why not go the easy route and use non climbing cockroaches like turks AKA red runners and put them into an elevated shallow glass/plastic container. It is very surprising how quickly the cham's get used to eating out of a glass tray.
