I remember buying a couple 100L bags of the stuff a couple years ago and it lasted ages so looking to order again but wanted to know if it was still the same price, £10 I think. I gave the local stockist a call but apparently they are closed on Wednesday and I needed it within the next couple...

Hi, I am currently looking for another substrate to use for my snakes. I currently use aspen but it can be quite expensive even when brought in bulk and I use more and more substrate now that my number of snakes is growing. I have looked at lignocel but have recently been looking at aubiose. I...

I've been using Aubiose for a few months now. Its cheap, goes a long way and it looks alright. I also think that the big prepacked sealed bales are unlikely to contain mites. Anybody using this? Any feedback good or bad would Be appreciated. Thanks Andy

Anybody from the cardiff / South wales area know where I can buy some aubiose? I know I can get it online but would rather not have to pay double by the time you factor in postage. Preferably somewhere reasonably close so I can get to it via public transport. There must be some agricultural /...

i usually use aspen or orchid bark in my vivs but i decided to give aubiose a blast as its roughly half the price of aspen. i got a 20kg bale for £9 plus a fiver delivery. its a little sharper than aspen but for price its fantastic, ive found a lot of my snakes that aren't usually 'burrowers'...

  10. Snakes
Looking to save a little money if possible but not at the cost of compromising snake safety. None of my current snakes require high humidity and they've all been fine on aspen but I know a lot of Rfukers use aubiose or hemcore as substitutes so I'm thinking of trying a bale. Aubiose I can buy...
