Hi, I am preparing a 60*45*45 exo terra for my crested gecko as it grows, and I decided to use the clay background method. To cut a long story short, all the clay has cracked. I tried filling in the cracks with watery clay, but that didn't do anything. Does anybody know what I can do to fix this?

ok so i am wanting to use excavator clay for my stenos but i believe it to set too hard so want to mix with play sand but i don't know what ratio to mix them so that stenos can still dig and that tunnels will hold there shape.
