i reali want a dwarf boa but i dont knw wer to get one? any help wud be much apreciated

hi ive been reading the posts about dwarf boas and they look absoloutley awsum, what setup and conditions do these snakes need? and am i correct in thinking they only grow to 3-5 ft ? also what do people feed them on live or f/t
