Just got back from seeing the vets with the above flying gecko. I noticed the red patch on the front can't be good, and fearing mouth rot or worse, had it checked out. The vet believes it is damage from jumping into things and not mouth rot, and prescribed antibiotics and iodine based...

Woke up this morning to find one of my flying geckos lying motionless on the substrate covered in springtails. Not good. Gently poked her. Nothing. Picked her up... dead :( I only saw her moving around before going to bed the night before.
The reason for death was obvious once I had picked her...
