i currently have a 100w heat bulb in my 48x24x20.5 (lxdxh) and a 60w bulb in my 48x18x20.5 (lxdxh) and for periods of time today i have seen both my dragons (one in each cage) sat with their mouths open, doesnt this mean they are to hot? i am wondering whether to use a 60w and 40w respectively...

I am currently using an Exo Terra Sun Glo Tight Beam Basking Spot Lamp but have read that you can use ordinary bulbs for heat, is this true because on the box it says it has increased light and heat, increases ambient air temperature and stimulates natural behaviour through UVA rays. Cheers
