    hi i have a yellow rat snake we got him 9 years ago as a rescue he was already an adult snake then so estimate he is about 15 years.and about 6ft. the last few months he keeps shedding. if anyone has any ideas why? he is in a 4ft viv, temp is ok, its not mites. any suggestion would be gratefull

    Hi everyone. My Amel', who's about 6 years old has got a dark black/brown patch on his nose/head. He didn't shed it off on his last shed, which was really 'crap' lets say. He's sharp and un-smooth where it was such a rubbish shed. He's eaten once in his last 5 feeds and I'm starting to worry...

    I have a yellow bellied Terrapin and as i was letting him wander around the living room this evening i saw that his shell was peeling off! not just a little flake but a side of his panel has started to come up on two of the front panels!! i dont know if this is jst him shedding his shell to grow...
