Bit random but im looking to set up a colony of silkworms as another staple to go with my dubias but they eat a ton of mulberry leaves and im not willing to pay the silly prices online. Dont suppose anyone on here is from around edinburgh and has one or has ever seen one around here? Cheers guys

I was wondering if anyone has fed their boxies silkworms at all? I use them for my beardie and have given them to my turtles from time to time too. They seem a really good live food source and I always have plenty of them. Are they worth a try? Thanks

Silkworms eat only mulberry leaves and there's no mulberry leaves in cold months. I know some powder can feed them but in my country there's no place for this. Is there any alternative way to feed silkworms in winter? or is there any way to build this powder in house?
