    Out of curiosity, What do you guys use as shed aids in vivs/rubs for snakes? I'm not talking humidity etc, for example when I notice one of my guys coming into shed I place a rough bark hide in with them to assist. Interested to hear what you guys use if anything at all?

Surely, if they need an increased humidity to slough their skin, then that humidity cycle would be the optimum for them...
