Hi all, hopefully someone can help! Well it is that time of year again when no matter how I treat the dogs for fleas, I always end up with needing to spray the house. This year however, I have a few new friends that share my house in the for of 6 T's. So, my question is.
I know I need to remove...
This might be a silly or weird question but i'm asking anyway. So far my snake has only been eating live food. But i really want to make him eat thawed since its since it's safer and easier for me. So far no good results has come out of it. He seems a bit interested but then just ignores it like...
Just finished spraying my viv's and then 15 minutes later my bulb had gone. This particular one had only been in a week. It was a low mist, i didn't drench the cage and i didn't spray on the bulb directly. Has anyone else had this happen or was this just a coincidence. All the other bulbs are...

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place to post this..
Our Corn snake shed his skin a couple of weeks ago and now he looks patchy, as if he's missing scales, and generally just doesn't look very well.
We've been having a massive clear out of our house recently, and had used some fly...
So I was wondering If there was any recommendations for an automatic fogger or sprayer for my cresties. This comes as I am planning to create another Live Planted Vivarium for Pumpkin and thought I may as well get a fogger/sprayer as well. I really like the lucks of the fogger but the sprayer...
I have a quite annoying issue with the mistking nozzels and Was wondering if someone out there had any ideas that I haven't tried yet.
After about 4-5 days they start to stop working and gum up until they are just dripping. I have to spend a good hour trying to pry them off from the connection...
I bought a pair of rough scales a little while ago and found that they had mites and so I seperated them from the rest of the collection but now i've checked them all today and another 4 snakes have now got mites and I have ordered some callingtons as people on here said it was the best but its...
Our cats have provided the house with fleas (generous, I know.) Everything that I can get hold of easily for the carpet is aerosol based, and that concerns me because obviously that won't do the reptiles any good.
Has anyone got any ideas, treatments that have worked, anything?
Was spraying the substrate and he popped his head out and I must have accidentally sprayed him cos he whipped back into his hide faster than i've ever seen him move. Whoops. Never actually considered that snakes might not like water/spray much.
So ... my friend gave me some vermin spray which is meant to the enclosure to kill any parasite/ticks etc.
Is this required and is it safe to use. Below is a picture of the bottle she gave me
Thanks Dan & Vicks
my ball python had a bad shed so i sprayed a bit of water on it to help it get the bits of shed of it that was stuck.
But the spray bottle i used was made from a normal water bottle filled with water and a sprayer top cap off of a dettol bottol. thats what i sprayed the tank and snake with...
Basically what it says above? Also, whilst the most obvious answer is have the light outside the tank, even with my exo terra, the light IS outside the tank, but the mist goes through the metal gauze top they have and I can see a fine coating of water droplets on the compact UV bulb and I can't...
I've just got delivered a can of Callington mite spray. I made a thread about one of my beardies mites, and someone said you could use it on the animal. On the can it says i should remove the animal and all food/water bowls. How should this be used?
would appreciate a voice of experience here.
We've had a bit of a saga with mites, since I couldnt get Frontline anywhere, our first treatment wasnt fully succesfull and the little buggers cropped up again, now I got Callingtons Mite spray which I hear is very good. I read here that its...
