My giant african land snails (not sure what species yet?) have been 'stuck' inside here shells for around a week now... Have tried bathing them, putting them on nice food, leaving them to it and breaking the 'seal' around them. Basically just wondering - are they hibernating or dead. They are...

My stupid five-foot ball python slithered up the side of the radiator and we can't get him out. I'm scared he might now come out for days. Is there any way to get him out without removing the radiator cos I don't want to sit up all night waiting for him to come out.
