my baby royal hatched on 7th June 2009 and i got him exactly 3 months later (from Crownan).
he is celebrating today by sleeping because:
a) he had a nice dinner on friday and
b) he's getting ready to shed (it didn't abate his appetite!)
anyway... here's some shots from last week or so.
growing lad - on the lid of an 18ltr rub
climbing up my arm
his favourite spot, my left wrist
making a dash for it
checking out the camera
i said he likes my left wrist - he holds onto my watchstrap
artistic shot - playing with a new lens
moody shot - a long exposure as he's tucked under 'his' fleece. think it was about a 4 sec exposure. luckily he was asleep!
checking out the low light shooting of the new lens. the thing next to his head is the toggle on the fleece. he's tucked up under it.
he woke up half-way through this long exposure. i call it art.
mid yawn - it caught me by surprise and i didn't get him in frame properly
posing nicely
as well as having a fisheye lens i also have a snakeye one. not cropped, just very very close.
sorry if it's a bit picture heavy!
