I have a vets appointement for my leopard gecko and am wondering whether he needs any heat source while hes being transported. The vets is 20 mins away.

Any suggestions.

i popped my gecko in a cricket tub on kitchen roll, wrapped in bubble wrap in a box.
he was fine in the car for 45 mins with the heating on.

i used to place a hot water bottle underneath a peice of reptile carpet when transporting mine. I don't drive so no access to any other heat source. This did ok for up to 2hrs :)

as long as there is eiter kitchen roll or a blanket and the car's heating is on your gecko should be fine, if you are really worried, wrap a hot water bottle in a couple of blankets and sit the box on that
