Hi all,

my Exo-Terra 250W ceramic bulb broke today, it's only a few months old so hopefully they'll honour the 24-month warranty!

Does anyone know the best way to go about returning it to them? Should i leave it in the ceramic holder it broke in?

If u have ur purchase receipt there should be no prob. Did u buy it from a local store??
