My flat mate has decided to get pygmy chameleons, between 1-4.
I'm slowly but surely converting everyone I know into a reptile fanatic! :2thumb: lol

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on keeping them?

Do they make good pets?
Are they ok handling even as adults?

Have looked around for good care sheets but they seem few nd far between tbh.

What types of pygmy chams do ppl have?

They unfortunately dont make a good starter reptile, they are definitely not too forgiving certain things.

I recently bought a trio (lost a female yestaurday, still unsure why, believe she was trying to lay? ) or did (havent found eggs yet) and it took it out of her and she passed away.

Ive got a 30x30x45 exo terra, planted with two ficus plants, lots of bendy vine, oak leaves on ground floor, spraying 2 times a day, feeding dubia roaches every other day dusted with calcium+d3

IMO (not that ive had them long and from what ive read) They are more of a look and dont touch reptile, they are easily stressed out, they are secretive and shy for sure.

Mine are R.brevicaudatus
