I currently own two Basilisk's One Female & One Male.

The female is slightly smaller however bobs her head like crazy, she always seems to be in the dominant positions and today saw the male climbing up the waterfall and the female jumped down on to him, and scrapped a lil bit, the male always seems to avoid her.

is this just a dominantion process or a more serious matter!?

It's unusual for the female to exert dominance over the male, it's normally the other way round. How long have you had them for and what age are they?

I have two girls, both 14 months old
I was told they were male / female pair but turned out they are clearly not lol

They too do a similar head bopping, diving attack, I think it's just how they like to play

Unsure on age however there still small for the size they grow to. Deffinatley distinguish which is male and female. Have been told by a reputable shop that female dominance isn't a bad thing and that it is normal for them to dive for each other.

Thanks for replies
