on that chart above i think it says collard greens which in the uk are called 'spring greens'. there super cheap and there is a decent amount of food there, although im unsure on any growing info as my mum buys mine beacuse im 15 hahah :2thumb:

I just need to find something to grow as a staple diet now. Il use the parsley, nasturtium as treat/part diet
And im hopefully going to breed Dubia Roaches.
So anymore suggestions on whats the best/easiest thing to grow as staple diet?
Edit: might be able to grow outdoors but it would have to be in pots as our garden is all stone
Ok so far im heading towards Dandelion greens as my staple... anything else I could try that is just as easy to grow?
Only thing putting me off Dandelions is the bitter taste.
