Cheers so far peeps, love the food chart very helpful. tho rocket isnt on there do americans call it something else?
I just need to find something to grow as a staple diet now. Il use the parsley, nasturtium as treat/part diet
And im hopefully going to breed Dubia Roaches.

So anymore suggestions on whats the best/easiest thing to grow as staple diet?
Edit: might be able to grow outdoors but it would have to be in pots as our garden is all stone

Dandelions - you can buy seeds off ebay i think i paid 99p for about 1000 seeds.

Cactus pad leaf is supposed to be a good staple ive seen seeds on ebay but not sure how easy it is to grow.
