Hi all,i have a female leopard gecko who was kinda bullied by my other female and possibly my male aswell, they've bitten her tail last night and i found today she has a few cuts on it.I've moved her to another viv with paper towels now,i just need to know what else to do,can i clean it somehow?I'm not quite sure she's tame enough for me to hold her still for me to wash it thoroughly.Any help would be appreciated.

thanks

if my leo looks a bit grubby i get a tub with like 1-2cm of warm water ( not too hot and not too cold) and dab him gentley with a cotton bud.....

but as urs has a few scratches i dunno if u can get stuff like a reptile version of detol or sumthing lol to clean it throughlly...

but if its only a few scratches it should be ok....

If you use something like vetadine (iodine) to clean the wounds this will stop infection and keep her on the paper so no substrate will get stuck in the cuts. They usually heal pretty quick but keep an eye on her and if you see no improvement or the cuts getting infected then take her along to the vets.
