I've had my male Yemen chameleon for nearly 2 years now and he's always been a very good eater, so much so that he pretty much destroys every plant that i've put into his cage. I've always gone with ficus' and over the last year he's gone through 3 overly bushy ones. I'm happy that he is munching on the leaves but it seems like he's eating far faster than it can grow. He has recently being bending and breaking branches as they aren't that thick so can't hold his weight. I have waterproof vines in the cage but he doesn't seem that interested in perching on them.

Does anyone recommend any more safe, durable, fast growing plants that will still give good hiding places/shade? :)
