Can anyone give me any idea of breeding age/weight of female jcp's? My female is still quite small (2yrs old, about 51 inches long and 757g). She takes weaner rats, but its not unusual for her to only feed 2 or 3 weeks out of 4. A while ago I was considering selling her, but managed to find more room (as we do :lol2, and I wouldnt mind saving for a jungle/jag male to breed with her in the future.

3yrs 1500-2000g is a good starting weight.

My girls growth ws slow for first couple of years then she just suddenly bulked and was bred just after xmas and is looking potentially gravid but is keeping me on my toes over it all lol.
