Does anyone know if a Leo Gecko can eat them? I want to try them over wax worms but rather know before I go spending cash and finding out he shouldn't eat them.
I've checked past posts and can't find a topic on them for geckos.
From what I hear, these have good nutritional value , I think they are also known as pheonix worms. They can be expensive and don't last very long but these are only what I've heard on the grape vine
Oh he's not a young one, he's just fussy. Went off crickets (black and brown) and then same with mealworms. Now he likes locusts and waxworms, just felt like giving him something new.
Calci-worms are more grub-like without the hard, chitin shells of mealworms, making them more digestible so you can feed more without worrying about digestive issues They're pretty small so if you've got an adult/sub-adult leo go for the larger size.
