not really a great pic so cant say really! But there are a few types of redtail all varying in price someof them quite expensive though! It could be a commonxredtail too!

Slider, oddly enough the red tail markings I see on red tail boas are not more red than the ones I see in most common boas. However the colour of the actual snake can vary a lot.

I have 2 common boas, but I wish I could take them to a specialist who could tell me all about them, where they are originated from, etc.

Maybe one day I find out.

As I said here, specially my female boa seems special. She's a peach phase, has lovely colours throughout, a very pink belly. I bought her as being a common boa, but I've got my doubts

Hi Andy, I promise I'll. I'm just waiting for my 7.2 MP camera I bought on ebay to arrive.

I've got a few pictures of her, but they don't do justice, you see no pink on the pictures which is quite annoying.

She's going through shedding process at the moment, hopefully she will shed sometime next week, and by then I should have my camera ready :D

cool i will look forward to it. I found out our mystery male is a salmon hypo today which was nice!the thing is its very hard to tell what is in your boa genes without breeding them and finding out! Some things look nice but are just normal if you know what i mean!

Actually mine seems similar to this in the picture :D

But pictures will follow

I'm thinking to do a thread with pictures of all my reps once I get the camera.

Hi Andy, bad news. I got my 7.2 MP cam yesterday, and made a few pictures of my female boa. Unfortunately the pics didn't make her just justice again, you just can't see the pink you see at naked eye.

Anyway, since I promised, I'm posting a few pics of my babe. Pls note she shed this morning, so she looks stunning anyway <3

There we go, see if you like:

By the way, her name is Penelope, she's just over 6 foot long and we hope to get her to breed next season :D

Thank god it doesn't look a red tail, because it's not one. All I was saying is that when I look at red tails it's not the tail that look different to mine, but the actual colour of the snake
