how do put the calcium on ur crickets without the crickets jumping about everywhere and escaping

i just lift a corner up a little bit,tilt it,or,take yer pet out n do it in the viv,at least then any escapies will become food!

Put them in a sandwich or freezer bag, add the calcium dust, trap air in the bag and shake it like mad!

Til contents out into viv, and hey presto, calcium covered, dazed and confused crickets :2thumb:

put some calcium into a bag and let some crix out the corner of the tub into the bag and give them a shake, then let them climb out into the viv or get them out with tweezers

get a plastic bag pour some calci powder in the add the crix close bag so it like a balloon and shake thats what i do

We do the same although the ablino she is abit slow at catching them, shes really bad she misses mealworms that are sitting infront of her face:lol2:, so we would put the bag of crickets in the fridge for awhile slows them down lol
