Today one of my Lygodactylus williamsi eggs has hatched.....the most amazing and petite baby gecko....3 eggs left to hatch :)

Anyone with any feeding advice????? I have given it a fruit/nectar mix puree and some tiny fruit flies...... I have not given it water as I don't want it to drown but it does lick the spray droplets off the side of the tub.

hey congrats, here's hoping the others hatch soon

id say keep as you are, is it eating?

as for water, just keep up with the small amounts of mist, id be too affraid to drown it in a water bowl too

Good Luck

Hi,

I put the fruit flies in the pot with it this morning and it looked interested, I only put about 5 in there so hopefully by tomorrow morning I'll be able to see if m/any have gone.
It walked through its nectar/fruit mix earlier then started licking it off its feet....so it must be consuming something :)

So very pleased with it, its gorgeous:flrt: Do you know of any way of sexing them at this stage or do I have to wait til its a bit bigger?
