Technically they're on the EPS list... Not that seems to mean much having had one or two conversations with DEFRA. I've got some, had them for years and could never part with them - hope you pick some up, you won't be dissapointed

As I understand it all you need is paperwork to prove that they are CB, as it's illegal to capture and sell WC native European species.
