i was looking through a lizard book at work today (pointing out the ones i have to a friend), and there was a little bit of info on a flying lizard or something, cant remember the name. it was green and i think it had reddish "wings" along the side of the body.

any idea what this is and are they able to be kept?

I wouldn’t recommend trying to keep one of those lizards mate, they need a lot of space and I doubt it would be happy for you to handle it, I doubt it would be happy at all. And it glides not fly’s, just like the gliding snake.

It's why you don’t commonly see them in reptile shops its just cruel to keep such a lizard.

But thats my Opinion :p

I never saw them but was told they had them in the local rep shop a few months back for about £150 or something.

Although I am aware it isnt worth the time spent on it, my compulsive nature forced me tocarry on untill I got what i wanted done, im really crap with certain programmes and it drives me crazy, anyway, used my forum browsing time trying to prove to myself I could do a semi decent banner with a link in it and well i ended up with this after 3 hours.. so.. hope you like it.

Dean

EDIT..ok so the link doesnt work, gota go bed
