this is something you're going to have to experiment with yourself to get the right balance between humidity and ventilation. Do a few holes and then increase the number gradually if required; you can add holes but you can't take them away!

failing that b+q do an adjustable air vent from 3" to 12" all my vivs and rubs have them ya can glue screw bolt or rivet it to just about anything it works a bit like blinds ya can open it or close it as much as you like
