many thank's all........Gaz, his (could be her?) eye's have clouded more in this last week. We took him in as an adoptee so are unsure of his history but there hasn't been a shed since we have had him, I have tried moistening it (thinking it may be a retained eye cap) but still no joy he is very dry and flakey under his chin so I think he may be in pre shed and the large scale above the eye flaked off yesterday..... Sy had a look when he came too and thought perhaps the same. If nothing happens in the next couple of days or so its a trip to the vet. All suggestions gratefully accepted

try nathing him for 30 mins a day, the old wet pillow trick, nice moist hide.... Basically makes sure he's in humid conditions 24-7 and hopefully it might just come off!
