Howdy ya'll so I have bought a female albino granite of who I shall post some pics when I get to my computer and I was wondering if the story behind the granite gene is true in that it CAN not always make the burm smaller. This in mind I would like all you lovely burm owners out there to post pics and sizes of preferably your adults so we can work out averages and also basically just show off our granite gened snakes lol

Lots of posts on this. I think it's a misconception, most people say they grow to pretty much the same size. I've seen pics of some quite big granites.

My granite female is just over 8ft and she is 15 months old so not that small!

There an identical thread to this posted a few weeks back and most agreed at generally granites grow the same as others.

General Belief that I have and been told, is that Granites grow to the same size as all other normal burms - however, take longer to reach that size, in essence, they grow slowly.

Here is my male Albino Granite - He is 2 years old, and only just reaching the 8ft mark, if that.
