iv resently rescued a teenage iguana and wondering if anyone has any tips on taming?
iv started hissing and click hissing at her and holding her above my head to calm her down and assert my dominance. anyone got any other tips?

also do you think i should invest in gloves? and where can i get them from?
had her out a few times and i get scratched to :censor:

as for gloves thats personal preference, I would forget about handling your iguana for a while, and get your iguana to come to you.

To save me typing it all out again!
Here is what I done with my most recent iguana.
Taming

Hope that helps. I did start to wear gloves mainly for the fact I have got him to the stage where he will climb on me, but can be very unpredictible from that point hence I have the gauntlets.

aw cool will definately be trying that, dunno why i didnt think of that, its what you have to do with parrots!
