Hi Guys,

Sorry but as much as I try I still can't quite fathom all the Genetics out. I get a bit brain ached from it all.

just wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what I may get from the 23 eggs my female laid last week.

Female - Snow (Unsure of background though)

Male - Graphite ( blood red and Aner B background)

Any help would be very much appreciated. This is my first set of eggs from this pair and I am well excited.

Assuming these are cornsnakes?

?? graphite?? Do you mean granite - which would be bloodred & anery A?? If so does your reference to anery B mean that he's also het / poss het anery B (charcoal)?

Snow is amel and anery (a) so if her mate is granite then (ignoring possibility of unknown hets) all the offspring will be

Anery (a) het for bloodred and amel

Thanks for taking the time to reply Amanda,

Yes you are right its granite rather than graphite.

I know there is bloodred in there and I am sure Aner B came up somewhere.

And yes you were right to assume they are corns and my apologies for not putting that in the post :)
