if you haven't already i would separate them, keep the one with the injury on kitchen roll and keep her enclosure nice and sterile. Am glad to hear your taking her to the vets. Have a nosy on the leopard gecko thread there's loads of info on there. Food wise they eat mealworms, locusts, roaches you can feed crickets but i personaly don't. While your at the vets it's worth taking in a fecal sample from both of them just as a precaution. Well done for rescuing them
