One of my leos lost his tail once, and I was mainly just advised to keep the wound clean. And also to put some kind of antibacterial cream on it, but I can't remember what it was that I used. I'm pretty sure it was just some kind of baby cream that we had in the house already, and that worked fine. Have you separated them until you get her sorted?

First Aid For Reptiles
Where leos are concerned, most people pick a staple diet and shake it up every now and again with other insects. They need a calcium supplement and a supplement with added D3. Mine had mealworms as a staple, as one had poor sight and couldn't hunt well, but they loved their crickets and locusts too (when they could be bothered)
What is their setup like now?
