Hi.

I've already got a smooth sided toad but I am acquiring 3 more. I have only ever kept 1 toad/frog at a time and I have never introduce new toads into it's environment. Any help or suggestions would be very welcomed.
From my understanding the 3 new toads that I am getting all live in the same viv and are used to each other's company. Now do I introduce my toad to the new 3 as a group or do I introduce the new 3 1 by 1 to my original toad in his current viv? Ideally I'd like them to all live in the same viv. Again, any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers guys and girls

On the whole, Bufonoid toads are pretty peaceful- assuming they are all roughly of a size (ie not snack-size!) you can introduce them all in one go. The only thing to watch then is that each toad has equal access to food. Buuuut, first I would recommend a period of quarantine for the new arrivals (together will be fine); as they are most likely wild-caught, they are likely to be carrying worms or other parasites.
