Hi can any morph expert tell me if ball python is actually a yellow belly pictures are not that great as took them with camera phone but to me he seems too bright for a normal, and he has some blushing on the sides and about a week before
shed his belly has a yellow tint to it thanks

I can't see your pics, but I'll show you my normal and yellowbelly so you can compare.

the speckling on the belly is the distinguishing feature, mostly. I only just got my yellowbelly so those pictures weren't taken by me (or I would have got a proper belly shot!)

A pretty sure answer is that if you bought it as a normal, then it's a normal.
Yellowbellies are sold for more than normals by the big breeders, so that price would be reflected by any future purchase price. Any that are imported from the farms or the wild (and remember, very few are found this way) they wouldn't get past the importers without them spotting it - that's a few more quid in their pockets that they aren't going to miss out on!

Yellow bellies do not tend to really have a yellow tint, they have speckles along the outsides of their bellies.
