I've had a leopard gecko for 2 years now and today I noticed that one of his balls was red and looked like it had formed a scab. I gave him a sugar bath earlier and put him back in his tank, I took him out to look at it and he seems to kee leaking a clear fluid everywhere. I'm not sure what to do or what it even is, can anyone help?
He seems to be eating fine but he does keep licking the area which I have tried to stop him from doing just in case it makes it worse.

He needs to go to the vet. Sounds like some kind of infection.

Yes as said a vet is the best port of call.

Could be a number of going but obviously you want to eliminate the risk of infection. For now keep him on paper towel if you don't already and keep the area clean until he can be seen. It's likely he will have it cleaned with an iodine solution and maybe given a shot of antibiotics to go with it. They usually heal pretty quickly and well though.
