I heard some stuff about a licence that allows the sale of common frogs in the UK,I can't find much about it online, really what I wanna do is breed and release frogs in my area, and I guess its a great way to reduce slug populations. Any information usefull

Common frogs do not need a licence to be kept or bred.
Wild taken specimens cannot be sold, however if you have a pair that you keep in captivity and breed then you can sell offspring. However you won't be able to claim that a pair you catch and put into a garden pond are in captivity, this would still be deemed as wild.
