hi there. please be aware that, there isn't really such thing as a communal scorpion. Some scorpions are more tolerant of each other and can be kept in groups. but it is not advisable.
though, on a more helpful note...

Whilst those sp. Are known for getting on it is worth mentioning that until 3rd 4th instar they WILL attack and eat each other successful colonies are nearly always made up of adults so if communal is what your after look for adults instead of slings. TSS has v spinigerus and emps at £13 each at suitable sizes for a communal setup. They will also be more easily sexed you need the right ration of male to female to lessen the chance.of fights alao at least two females to every one male. Imo you want all females lol!
