Can anyone here who does their own basic faecal examinations or is interested in this sort of thing, vets/nurses etc. recommend a good medical/biology based textbook that goes into detail on parasitic organisms? Obviously I understand that with my microscope my findings will be limited, but I was hoping for a good reference book to help me on my way.

Excellent, that looks like it will be pretty useful, and not as expensive as most veterinary books I've seen either

I usually scan amazon,ebay for books, I always try an nick some from my mate whenever I am down at his (he is a vet :Na_Na_Na_Na:) and if they are any good buy em.

Need to get myself a new microscope though, fancy a small electron one :mf_dribble:
