I'm hoping so.

Gonna build him a nice big arboreal viv for his final one.

Will look just like a jungle.

Stunning, really truely stunning.
I would love a JCP but im not 100% with bigger snakes as yet so I went for IJCP's instead, my favourite snake by far.
thanks for sharing.

To be honest I didn't really think JCP are much bigger than IJC's.

With them being slender bodied snakes I don't really class them as "big" snakes. Medium sized I suppose. Just right to handle and providing you build your viv right then I think he will become a great display animal.

My decision was between a common boa or a JCP. Glad I went with this as they don't sit on the floor all day and they aren't as much hard work to handle or as expensive to feed.

I'll keep posting.

Yea I wouldnt class them as 'big' but 6ft for females is a bit big for me, im still reletively new at keeping snakes and my confidence with bigger snakes isnt quite there yet, my biggest snake is my 4.5ft male blood python.
Carpets are wondeful snakes though once theyve calmed down.

From what I've read I though those blood pythons are more a handful than carpets.

Also going off the one in my local shop i'd say they're much heavier too.

Are blood pythons docile or can they be agressive?

There not called bloods because of their colour  To be serious having seen the size of a bloods head I would rather get tagged by a 6 foot carpet than a 4.5 ft blood python :D

I agree on the blood / carpet biting.

The one in our local shop is short and very stocky.

It only looks about 4 feet long but must be as fat as some of the 7-8 foot boas they have.

Fat snakes!!!
