I've decided I'm going to go for a beardie as my first reptile...!
But we're would be the best place to buy them?
Pet shop/garden centre......or online?
The pet shop would be pets at home :hmm:
Or could you link me the websites you use....
Also could you leave some pictures of your vivariums?
I just commented on your other thread saying always handle stuff first, if you're after an adult beardie then try preloved or the classifieds on here, find someone local to you and handle it before you take it home
They need a 4ft viv, but there are zillions of caresheets on here for you to look at
avoid P@H their shocking, some of the worst pets you can have for "specialist" pets (snakes, lizards, fish) and are really not poorly but not really treated the best... try a local exotics shop. where r u based....
Hey, I'm in Bristol ..... And do you think £400 is enough for the bd and the set up ....I was thinking second hand? I have the money ...but a lot of the vivs are around the £400 mark in reptile shops...? I can work abit more ....but what I was thinking was to buy a cage for when there an adult but just section it off? Beaches they have the phobia of big spaces..?:whistling2:
£400 should be enough if you are sensible.
You can often find good deals on second hand vivs on ebay or similar.
