sorry if i sound a bit dense but im new to this part of the forum lol! right, myself and a few family members are seriously considering rearing a couple of gloustershire old spots, mainly for meat but im insisting on keeping one alive because im too soft lol! we know theyre huge and have begun reading up on them, and it will be a while before we even consider getting them. another family member own a small farm type place so the space wouldnt be a problem. i also know that you need cph numbers before you can buy any pigs, but is there any other documentation that we would need, especially as some will be for meat? ive tried reading through the defra website but most of it seems to be in jargon that i dont understand lol! if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated
