cara - maybe an idea to leave a couple with the mum... removing all the pinks at once can lead to the lactating mother getting mastisis..

basically, if she is in milk, and you take all the babies away, there is nowhere for the milk to go. it will dry up in time, but occasionally it can form a hard caked mass inside the mammary glands, known as mastitis, where it is not being drawn down by the babies.

you can sex day old pinkes.. female have buttons, males have tufts..

i had that with one of my babies, i wasnt even trying to breast feed lol
in the end i had to remove the blocked milk
my lils were bloody killing me cause of the pain

i can picture it now, me with a pink attached to my lils lol

ive heard about a women in the usa that breasfed dog pups ewwwww
