HELP! My male Cuban Knight Anole has a red sore on his chin, at first i thought it may be dirt as it was a tiny spot around a week ago. it has since doubled in size and looks quite sore, when i spray them he seems to move his chin out of the way. Any ideas on what it could be? Anyone know of a good vet in Chippenham/Swindon area also? thanks,
