So i really want to purchase myself a RETF however, i dont want to be splashing out hundreds on getting all the setup etc..

I was wondering if there was any way of housing the RETF with my Whites Tree Frog?

No, they have quite different needs, and White's grow a LOT larger than RETF, and will intimidate the RETFs at best.
