We were recently given two royals by someone that no longer wanted them anymore, since we have had them we have noticed that one of them seems to occasionally weeze when it is breathing.
What could be the cause of this? and what can be done to help the little guy?

Thanks for your help. Amy.

if it's only occasionally - probably nothing to worry about
got an adult female who has 'whistled' since i got her over a year ago

as long as there are no bubbles coming from the mouth and no excess saliva inside
you can carefully open the mouth to check by using a wooden lollypop stick or similar - obviously eat the lollypop first : victory:

close monitoring needed for a while...
