Has anyone else who keeps these lovely cobras seen mouth swelling and jaw drooping before?

She is great in herself and eating and drinking but it's a concern for me as never seen anything like this before in any of my snakes.

The most probable reason that the snake is gaping, is that it has a respiratory infection. This behaviour is a classic symptom. In its advanced stage, the infection affects the mouth, causing canker and stomatitis. ( mouth rot). Your vet may be able to help with antibiotics etc. but they have very limited success. A lot of keepers are having excellent results with respiritory problems using F10 product, in conjunction with the nebuliser. Google it. You may well be able to save your snake for less than £100. Probably cheaper than a vet visit.
Good luck.
